Jensen Corporate Holdings Ranked #21 of Top 150 Firms in the Green Industry

San Jose, California, July 23, 2009 – Jensen Corporate Holdings has once again been named a leading landscape company in Landscape Management magazine’s renowned “Top 150” list. Ranked at #21, Jensen reaffirms its position as a premiere provider of landscape construction and maintenance services in Northern California with over $53 million revenue in 2008. The recently published “LM 150,” expanded from last year’s “LM100”, looks at the nation’s largest landscape, lawn care, design/build and irrigation contractors based on total revenue.

A leading provider of in‐depth industry information, the annual “LM150” further breaks down revenue leaders by region, customer mix and sector. When ranked by region, Jensen is the fourth largest landscaping firm in the West and falls in the company of well‐known industry giants such as TruGreen, Brickman Group, and Gothic Landscaping. In terms of irrigation work, Jensen generated the third highest revenue with nearly $8 million of irrigation work in 2008.

“As we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, we are thrilled to be recognized by Landscape Management and to be ranked amongst such distinguished landscape firms,” says John Vlay, President and CEO of Jensen. “Between an increasingly competitive marketplace and the current economic challenges, this is an honor that will be celebrated and shared by the entire Jensen team.”
